The Board of Directors of Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8 seeks an experienced, visionary leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This is a rare opportunity to shape educational services at a regional scale — leading a high-capacity organization, convening district and community leaders, and advancing innovative, human-centered approaches to learning across one of Pennsylvania's most distinct and storied regions.
The Executive Director reports directly to the IU8 Board of Directors and serves as the chief executive responsible for strategic direction, fiscal stewardship, organizational leadership, and community partnership.
