Calling all Blair County students entering Grades 9 - 12. Are you CREATIVE? Do you like to SOLVE PROBLEMS, ASK QUESTIONS, and PLAN and DESIGN? We have just the opportunity for YOU! The Blair County Chamber of Commerce BASICS STEM Collaborative is offering a WEEK-LONG STEM Opportunities for students in Blair County. This 5-day camp will be offered from 8:00 AM-2:30 PM each day at the a Blair County school during the summer of 2019. Students will experience three STEM units facilitated by Blair County's Best & Brightest STEM Instructors.
Two 5-day programs are offered at two different sites/dates for $100 per site. This rate is made possible by partnerships with Blair County schools and businesses. These programs are open to all Blair County students, who are encouraged to apply for either site. Students are welcome to attend both camps.

Hollidaysburg Area High School
June 17-21, 2019 from 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Astronomy—The Study of the Universe, Forensic Science, Brain Safety Challenge
Tyrone Area High School
July 15—19, 2019 from 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Design Tiny Houses, Engineering & Design, Earth and Space—Rocket Design
