who is a resident within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and whose
tuition is not paid by the Commonwealth is eligible to receive Act 89
Auxiliary Services, if enrolled in grades K-12. The following services
are available for participating Act 89 schools: remedial reading and
math, guidance counseling, speech therapy, English as a second
language, Title IIA professional development for teachers and
administrators, psychological services, and testing/scoring services.

IU as Non-Public Supervisor. Jason is responsible for managing the
non-public program and supervising the IU8 reading and math specialists and
guidance counselors who work in those schools.
