Agenda for the day:
8:30 – 9:00 Arrival and Setup of Projects
9:00 – 9:15 Morning Refreshments and Welcome
9:15 – 11:30 Judging/Student tour
11:30 – 12:00 Lunch
12:00 – 12:15 Students Exploration of other projects/Final Judging
12:15 – 12:30 Awards Presentations
12:30 Tear Down and Depart
Participants: Individual Students or Groups (Three or Fewer)Sponsors: Each team must have an adult sponsor for communication purposes and to chaperone students to the regional event (and state, where relevant.)
Cost: $75/team. (A morning snack and lunch will be provided.) Your district will be invoiced after the event.
Technology: There will not be live Internet available at the regional competition. Teams must bring a district laptop with the project loaded.
Awards: The regional fair recognizes first, second and third place in each category in each grade level.
First prize in each category and grade level will advance to the state competition in May at Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA.

IU8 STUDENT PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY:
District WILL NOT BE Invoiced – if this event is cancelled by the IU due to low enrollment.
District WILL NOT BE Invoiced – if the participant cancels at least 7 days prior to the start of the event.
District WILL BE Invoiced the FULL Cost– if the participant cancels with LESS than 7 days notice
of the start of the event or if the participant simply does not attend.
