IU8 Codes of Conduct

Students in Pennsylvania have a right to be informed of their rights and responsibilities. For students receiving IU services in school district buildings, their rights and responsibilities are specified in the Code of Conduct of the School District in which the building is located.

For students receiving IU services in non-school district buildings, their rights and responsibilities are specified in the IU8 Code of Conduct for the specific site or in the Resident Handbook of the agency that provides the space for the educational services.

An IU8 Code of Conduct is available for the following locations:

  • BRIDGE (Building Realistic & Integrated Daily-living skills Gaining experiences & Employability skills) - Johnstown & Ebensburg
  • COVE FORGE - Williamsburg
  • CSTU (Cresson Secure Treatment Unit)
  • EFA (Extended Family Academy) - Bedford County
  • EFA (Extended Family Academy) - Hollidaysburg
  • STAIRS (Students Trainsitioning to Adult Independent Real-life Skills) - Altoona
