Regional High School Computer Fair

last modified 2006-11-21 11:19

The Regional High School Computer Fair is hosted by Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8 and Penn State Altoona at the Community Arts Center during the week of Spring Break.  Public and non-public schooled students currently in grades 9 through 12 are eligible to participate. Students can work independently or in teams of no more than three people to develop a computer generated project that relates to one of the eight possible categories.  The first place winners from each of the eight categories will then be registered in the state competition held in May at Dickinson College in Carlisle.  For more information about the competition, click the link below, contact Joan Conway at 814-940-0223 or jconway@iu08.org, or access the High School Computer Fair website at: http://www.pacomputerfair.org/.
