| Is responsible for all issues and requirements regarding the Human Resource function for over 300 hundred employees. |
| Maintains a current application system for professional and non-professional positions. |

Insures compliance with all Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements with respect to teacher and administrative certification.

| Develops and constantly updates job descriptions. |
| Coordinates and insures compliance with federal and state mandates which are related to personnel including but not limited to Title VII, Title IX, ADEA, ADA and FMLA. |
| Is responsible for the maintenance and development of facilities and property. |
