The Central PA Science EXPO and Fair is an opportunity for students in grades 1 through 8 from Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Somerset and the surrounding counties to show an investigative project they have completed. The students are given guidelines to follow, as well as instruction on how the scientific method should be used in investigative projects. The student projects are grouped in divisions according to grade levels. All projects are judged and the top four in each division are awarded prizes. Each student receives recognition for his/her effort.
