Nearpod is an innovative collaboration tool for the synchronized use of mobile devices in the classroom. It combines presentation, engagement, and assessment tools into a single, integrated solution. With Nearpod, teachers can collect various forms of feedback (multiple choice questions, drawings, etc.) from students in real time. They can also further engage students in a lesson by using Nearpod to display a video, website, or other document to each student’s device simultaneously. Nearpod is compatible with a number of operating systems and web browsers, so it can be utilized with most devices in almost any classroom that has Internet access. In this training, participants will learn how to create and facilitate Nearpod presentations.
